We took on the challenging task of a seismic retrofit for The Sanctuary, a historic church in downtown Seattle. Overcoming environmental conditions, we expertly reinforced the structure with 10" reinforcing steel and structural steel, exceeding expectations while preserving the building's rich heritage.
